PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT IN LIEU OF DELIVERY NOTICE

Re: In delivery of one (1) Subpoena to The Defendant DAVIDSON YAKOV, as well as posted subpoena on the court bulletin board for information.

Basis: Article 59, Subparagraph 1 and Article 62 of the Code of Criminal Procedures; Article 149 paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 and Article 152 of the Code of Civil Procedures.

Details:

In the case of the Forgery Mr. DAVIDSON YAKOV, Case No. 2023-su(訴)-1241, the place of residence and current location of addressee i.e. defendant DAVIDSON YAKOV are not early stated. Thus, the court was unable to serve subpoena. Hence, the court resorted to the public announcement of subpoena in lieu of delivery.
This delivery notice shall take effect after sixty days from date of public announcement.
The subpoena for delivery is currently under the custody of the Clerk of Court, Defendant may come forward and claim subpoena after this announcement.
Preliminary hearing of the case is scheduled on April 25, 2024, 4:30 p.m. at the citizen judge Courtroom No. 1.
Defendant is obliged to present himself in court at the prescribed time, unless defendant is able to present legitimate reasons for his absence.
